ROLES AVAILABLE
MANAGERS
Within our management team we have positions available for general managers, assistant general managers, bar managers, front of house managers and duty mangers.
Anyone joining us as a manager will receive up to 31 days of holiday per year, competitive pay rates, a bonus scheme, and will work no more than 45 hours per week.
All of our managers will carry out our internal training programme to ensure high service standards are met & to allow our sites to deliver a fun, unique and unforgettable guest experience. Our people are our number one priority; we look for managers who are natural communicators, can drive a people first culture & focus on internal development. There’s plenty of career opportunities available.
FRONT OF HOUSE
Our front of house team are champions in hosting. They welcome our guests, get them set-up to play golf and are first on hand to provide a fun & unforgettable experience. Our hosts are engaging, knowledgeable and deliver an excellent guest experience every time. Previous experience isn’t essential. We offer the chance to take part in an internal training programme, with plenty of career progression opportunities available.
BAR
Our talented bar team serve unique & high-quality cocktails. They thrive in our fast-paced bars and are engaged, detail-driven and proud to deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest.Our barbacks are the foundation for making anything possible. They ensure our bars are set-up, clean, well-stocked and that the bar team have everything they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Hardworking, organised and amazing team players, they set the bar department up for success. A great first role for anyone looking to learn the ins and outs of the hospitality industry.Previous bar experience isn’t essential, we offer the chance to take part in an internal training programme, with plenty of career progression opportunities available.
